The Alvondo network is a network where companies set up relationships and communicate by using the standards-based realtime communications platform. Alvondo focuses in building a trusted infrastructure where communication is based on mutual consent and protected with strong authentication and identity mechanisms.
The network uses TLS, Transport Layer Security (the successor to SSL) to protect the sessions. Users can elect to set up media using SRTP, in order to protect the communication from eavesdropping. The network is built for a number of applications – from alarm systems to SIP trunks between enterprises or a chain of stores.
