Porting numbers :: Sweden

If you want to reuse an existing number when moving your telephony services to Alvondo, you need to fill in this form and send to us. We need a signed form in order to start the porting process.

Process

• Fill in the form with current numbers. Make sure that the current holder of the subscription signs the form and no one else. The address has to be the same as the address on the bills of your current subscription.
• Send the form to Alvondo – a scanned copy by e-mail or normal postal mail
• Alvondo will start the process within a few days of receiving the form.
• When the switch happens, the old subscription will be cancelled
• You may get a final invoice from the current service provider after the porting has gone through
